SHIPPING AND TAX

Most of our items are shipped within one business day of finalized payment.  International orders may take an additional day to process.  We offer UPS, FedEx and DHL.  Please contact us for a quote if you need additional shipping services such as insurance, etc.  These services are available upon request; however they are not included in the original shipping quote.  Buyer is responsible for all, if any, incurred customs charges, taxes and fees.  DYG® is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or lost packages if the buyer does not opt for insurance.  We will gladly combine postage.  Please verify that your address is updated and correct. DYG will ship item to the address listed on your order. Please double check your address to ensure it is sent to the correct location. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item to the correct address.

Merchandise shipped from DYG® to addresses within Belgium will be charged the current Belgian tax. Orders shipped to addresses outside of Belgium will not be charged tax.
